Garbage Disposal
The following rules shall apply for trash management:
Any renter who is unsure of where to deposit trash should contact the administrator or any of the other residents.

- No trash may be left in the hallways, parking area, the common areas or outside the doorway of any condo.
- All trash must be placed in sealed bags to avoid leaking while bringing it down the stairs.
- All trash must be placed in the designated area outside the building for collection
- All trashed should be taken out after 6 pm. The garbage collection is usually picked up around 7 am daily
