Our Pool
The pool area is for everyone's enjoyment. All users are expected to be prudent and observe the following rules carefully.
- Renters may not invite family or guests to use the pool facilities.
- The pool hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Prior to entering the pool, all owners are required to shower first to ensure sunscreen, insect repellent and cosmetics are removed from the skin.
- No glass containers, cups or bottles are allowed in the pool area.
- No smoking in the pool area
- Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool by an adult (18+) at all times.
- No animals are allowed in the pool area.
- No running or roughhousing permitted in the pool area.
- No beverages or food are permitted in the pool.
- All babies using the pool must wear swim diapers.
- Only proper swim attire is permitted - no street clothes. Swimsuits must be worn at all times .
- Individuals with open sores or with bandages should refrain from using the pool.
- Only toys and flotation devices designed for use in swimming pools are permitted in the pool area.
- No person shall throw or bring into the pool any substance that may contaminate the pool or endanger the safety of any swimmer.
- No person will spit, urinate, blow his nose or deposit any foreign matter, such as chewing gum, into the pool.
- Pool users must maintain and return the pool furniture to its proper place after use.
- In the evening, the last person to use the pool must ensure that all lights are turned off before leaving the pool area.
- All chairs must be put back on an angle to the tables when leaving the pool area
- When moving pool furniture, it must be lifted and carried to the new location and not dragged across the cement flooring
- Any damage to the pool furniture or common pool area caused by an owner or his guest will be charged to the condominium owner..
- Pool users must be respectful of owners and occupants who are not in the pool or pool area and keep the noise at a moderate level so as not to interfere with the natural enjoyment of the condominium
- Any violation of these rules may result in the suspension of pool privileges.
- If you wish to hold a party or event in the pool area, approval must be obtained from the administrator at least 48 hours in advance so that owners can be notified. A security deposit may be required.
