Parking
The parking area will be governed by the following regulations:

- All parking spots will be assigned by the administrator.
- There are no “assigned” spaces for non-owners.
- Parking for non-owners may be authorized on temporary basis by the administrator or the board. This parking spot may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be included in any rental agreement.
- The parking area is not for storage of vehicles which are not in regular use.
- Residents' motorized vehicles and bicycles may only be parked in the gated parking area. No vehicle or bicycle may be parked in any interior common area such as the building stairwells, landings, or pool and garden area.
- Violators of any of parking regulations may have their vehicles towed by the administration at the owner's expense.
- The administrator or the board must be advised of any vehicle that is being parked in the parking area. The owner must supply the following info: the make, model, colour and license plate number.
- Vehicle owners should leave a key with the administrator in case the vehicle has to be moved in an emergency situation.
