Condo Security
Condo Gloriasol is a safe building in a very safe area. We have never encountered any problems with the safety and security of our residents or our property. Nevertheless, the condo is protected by a steel gate at the street and is locked after 9 pm. In addition to the front gate, there is also a second door in the parking area that is locked at all times and residents are required to open it with their key in order to gain admittance into the residential area.
To add a third level of security, there are closed circuit monitors that provide surveillance of the street entrance, the stairway and the pool.
