Visitors, Family and Friends
All renters must have the approval of the condo owner whenever they have guests who will be staying with them. Our condos have a limit of 4 people per unit. All condo fees are based on an occupancy of 2 people. If more than 2 people occupy a unit, an addition fee is applicable.
Because of the limited number of lounges and umbrellas available, renters are not permitted to invite friends to use our pool facilities.
